Busy Day

We had a very busy day today. We started the day with my dad coming to town to help me do a few things around the house. As soon as he left we head out to run a bunch of errands that I needed to do. From there we went to gymnastics, then to get our ballet recital pictures taken, to Chick-fil-a for dinner, and then to our first day of swimming lessons.

Last Day of Ballet

Today was Addison's last day of ballet class so my friend, Lisa and I decided to have a little party for all the children in the class. Well, most people did not show up for class so the party was small, but we ate outside and they had a blast. The top picture is of Addison and Lisa's daughter Isabella, who Addison loves to play with. The bottom picture is another child in their class, Adaline.

Play Date

Today we went to Atlanta and met a friend of mine who is watching her sisters kids for the day. We went to the park and then to their house. Addison had a great time at the park. It was actually a really good park and one that I will need to remember and tell my mom about because it is not far from her house. We then went to their house and after spending some time inside we went outside where the kids played with power wheels for what seemed like hours! Addison drive McClain around while Griffin and Grady drove as well.

Wedding Shower

Today we went to a good friend of mine's wedding shower. She is also a good friend of mine as well as Addison's babysitter. We are both in her wedding in July. Addison is so excited. We talk about it all the time, but we will see whether she really walks down the aisle when it comes time.

Last Day of Awana

Addison spent every Wednesday night going to Awana with her friend, Lucy. Addison looked forward to this every week. This is a picture from her last night. They got awards and had an icecream party. She has a blast!

Hair...

Addison's hair is finally getting a little longer and so we tried doing something a little different besides just putting a bow in it. Here is the result. She loved it!

Happy Mother's Day!

We went to meet my mom and brothers at the Mall of Ga for lunch today. After a very busy weekend, it was a nice relaxing end. The top picture is from Publix. We happened to stop there on the way back from the mall and they let Addison decorate a cake for me for Mother's Day. I ended up taking it to work that night and it was actually really good!
